About SoInvited
Built by a couple, for couples.
When we started planning our own wedding, we quickly realised how scattered everything was. There were separate tools for budgeting, guest lists, websites, and stationery, and none of them worked together. We spent more time juggling apps than actually enjoying the process.
So we built SoInvited: the platform we wished we had. It brings planning tools and personalised, matching digital and physical products all into one place. No more copying guest lists between spreadsheets or trying to match your invitation design to your website. Everything is connected, everything matches, and everything just works.
Our goal is simple. We want to save couples time and stress so they can focus on what actually matters: celebrating with the people they love.

Ilaria
The creative side
With a background in customer support, Ilaria knows what it takes to deliver a great experience. She designs and makes all of SoInvited’s physical products, from invitations to on-the-day stationery, and creates all of our social media content. If something on SoInvited looks beautiful, she’s the reason why.
Stephen
The technical side
A software engineer with over 10 years of industry experience, Stephen handles everything under the hood. From the website builder to guest management, he designs and builds the platform that brings it all together.
We're just getting started
Guest Photo Uploads is available now, and we're already hard at work building the rest of the platform. A full wedding website builder, matching stationery, guest management, and more are all coming Summer 2026.
